Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle needs with active listening and expert advice on tire and wheel options
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and installation options to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Process sales transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction with their purchase experience
- Collaborate with the service team to coordinate vehicle maintenance or repair needs related to tire replacement or wheel alignment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Tire /Wheel/Accessories/ Service sales. REQUIRED
- Strong communication skills in English & Spanish
- Mechanical troubleshooting knowledge related to vehicle systems, automotive diagnostics, or vehicle maintenance enhances your ability to assist customers confidently
