POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional patient care in long-term care and healthcare facilities throughout New Mexico. Choose the shifts you want while earning competitive pay and gaining experience at a variety of facilities.
CNA Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility.
- Take and document vital signs.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Follow infection prevention and safety protocols.
- Accurately document care provided according to facility standards.
- Support patients with dignity, compassion, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
REQUIRED CREDENTIALS
Certification Requirements
- ****MUST HAVE Current New Mexico CNA License
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association required)
Health Requirements
- MMR Immunization or Titer
- Varicella Immunization or Titer
- Hepatitis B Immunization or Titer
- TB Test completed within the last 12 months
