Compensation
Real estate agents are independent contractors and earn 100% commission based income. There is no hourly wage or base salary.
Your earnings are based on the number and value of transactions you complete. At Career Night, we'll explain exactly how commissions work, what startup costs to expect, and how Keller Williams supports agents as they build their businesses.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- No real estate license required to apply
