What If Your Next Career Didn’t Look Like a Job?
What if you could build something that gave you flexibility…the ability to control your schedule…and the opportunity to earn based on the effort you put in?
And what if you didn’t have to figure it all out alone?
Keller Williams Staten Island is expanding, and we’re opening the door to individuals who are curious about building a career in real estate.
Some of the people exploring this opportunity today are:
- Professionals looking for a career change
- Individuals thinking about getting their real estate license
- Newly licensed agents who feel like they were “thrown in” without real guidance
- Experienced agents who know they could be doing more with the right systems and support
No real estate license is required to apply.
If you’re unlicensed, we’ll walk you through the steps to getting licensed in New York.
If you’re already licensed, this might be the environment you’ve been looking for.
Instead of trying to explain everything in a job ad, we invite interested candidates to attend our Keller Williams Staten Island Career Night.
Because sometimes the best way to decide if something is right for you…
is simply to see how it works.
What You’ll Discover at Career Night:
- How to obtain your New York State Real Estate License
- The typical licensing timeline and education options
- How real estate agents actually generate clients and income
- Keller Williams training, technology, and mentorship systems
- What building a sustainable real estate career can realistically look like
If You’re Already Licensed, This May Be Worth Exploring If:
- You were handed a desk and told “good luck”
- Training and mentorship have been inconsistent
- You want stronger systems and accountability
- You believe you could produce more with the right environment
Qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and coachable mindset
- Sales, customer service, or entrepreneurial experience is helpful but not required
Compensation:
This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity.
Income varies depending on performance and time commitment. Many first-year agents earn between $25,000 – $100,000+, with Keller Williams Staten Island providing the training, tools, and mentorship designed to help agents grow long term.
