Personal Injury Legal Intake Specialist:
Set up and manage the processes of onboarding new and prospective clients.
Job Duties:
· Interviewing and evaluating prospective clients by phone to become familiar with their cases
· Determine if the case in line with the areas of practice and experience of the firm
· Scheduling initial consultation appointments with attorneys for promising potential candidates
· Entering client information into computer systems and putting together initial case files
· Following up with law firms who refer a case and advise if the case was or was not accepted
· Meet with the partner weekly to discuss prospective client cases
· Performing administrative support tasks as assigned

Personal Injury Medical Record Specialist:
This position will play a vital role in managing the timely and accurate retrieval of medical records and bills necessary for case development and settlement. This role is essential to the success of our client cases, ensuring all medical documentation is properly requested, received, organized, and communicated to the legal team. Insurance and lien experience is a plus!
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
· Request, track, and follow up on medical records and billing statements from healthcare providers, hospitals, and diagnostic facilities.
· Maintain an organized system for tracking the status of all record requests.
· Communicate professionally and persistently with medical providers and records departments to ensure timely delivery of records.
· Review received records and bills for completeness and accuracy.
· Collaborate with the Personal Injury Team to ensure all deadlines are met.
· Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff to identify missing or additional records needed.
· Upload and categorize generated correspondence into the firm’s case management system with proper labeling.
· Identify and escalate issues related to delayed, incomplete, or denied records requests.
· Adhere to all HIPAA and privacy regulations while handling sensitive medical information.
· Perform additional administrative tasks related to records management, as needed.
