Job Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Sales Support & Order Entry Specialist who already knows the wireless carrier landscape. This is not an entry-level role—we need someone who has worked hands-on with carrier order processing systems and understands the realities of telecom sales and support. You'll bring proven expertise in processing customer accounts, activations, and service requests quickly, accurately, and efficiently from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Entry & Processing
- Enter new orders, device activations, upgrades, and plan changes into internal systems and carrier portals.
- Verify accuracy of submitted order information before processing.
- Track and monitor order status through completion, updating records as needed.
Administrative & Sales Support
- Maintain accurate CRM records, customer files, and internal reports.
- Prepare billing analysis reports and order summaries for the sales team.
- Support inventory and logistics coordination for handset and accessory orders, invoicing, and related administrative tasks.
Data Accuracy & Reporting
- Review and audit order details to minimize errors and rework.
- Generate order tracking reports and provide regular updates to internal teams.
- Escalate discrepancies or delays to management promptly.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Direct experience working with major wireless carriers (AT&T, Verizon, and/or T-Mobile) and their order processing systems.
- Proven background in telecom sales support, order entry, or wireless account management.
- Hands-on experience with OPUS, Biz360, or both (required for remote consideration).
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and order management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
