Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team during the evening shift.
This will be a full-time position with mostly 3pm-11pm shifts but also the willingness to train and occasionally work the audit shift (which is 11pm - 7am).
This vital role involves creating a welcoming environment for visitors and clients, managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism, and providing exceptional customer support. Duties
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries and routing calls accurately.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, messages, and mail distribution.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure organizational clarity.
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools.
- Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, organizing files, and managing office supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions promptly and professionally while maintaining proper phone etiquette.
Experience
- Prior experience working at a front desk or in an office environment is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting.
- Experience with office management software such as QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping tools is advantageous.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client needs.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience that includes data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management will be beneficial.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
