Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of electrical tasks in commercial, industrial, and residential settings, ensuring all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards. This role involves troubleshooting electrical systems, installing wiring, and upgrading service panels, among other responsibilities. Responsibilities
- Perform electrical work across commercial, industrial, and residential projects
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues within electrical systems efficiently and accurately
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with NEC standards
- Conduct service panel upgrades and generator installations
- Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and local electrical codes
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following safety guidelines
Skills
- Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician with knowledge of electrical systems in various settings
- Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Proficient in troubleshooting complex electrical issues
- Skilled in wiring residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems
- Ability to perform service panel upgrades and generator installations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
