- Conduct client interviews and gather relevant facts and documentation.
- Manage assigned cases from intake through resolution while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Coordinate schedules and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Review, analyze, and document case information in accordance with program guidelines.
- Perform legal research and assist in drafting legal documents when required.
- Utilize multiple databases to research, verify, and retrieve case information.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure timely processing of assigned work.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with leadership and colleagues.
- Provide additional administrative and case support as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Background in Paralegal Studies.
- Experience working in a legal environment.
- Customer service or call center experience.
- Experience with case management or eligibility determination.
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
