E-Commerce Specialist
Bestview International, a home improvement products distributor, is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused E-Commerce Specialist to join our team at our corporate office in Glenview, Illinois.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and online channels regarding products, pricing, inventory, samples, order status.
- Support e-commerce sales by assisting with online orders, product information, customer questions, and issue resolution.
- Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely, accurate, and safe shipments.
- Maintain and update product listings, SKU information, pricing, images, and inventory updates for online platforms.
- Track inbound and outbound shipments and maintain accurate shipping records and related documentation.
- Prepare sales, inventory, and order reports using QuickBooks and internal systems.
- Assist with showroom organization, product samples, and general sales support as needed.
- Perform other customer service, e-commerce, and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales support, e-commerce, order processing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, customer service, and follow-up skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, data entry, and online systems.
- QuickBooks experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin Chinese preferred.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, or product listing management is a plus.
- Knowledge of tile, bath products, home improvement products, or building materials is a plus.
