Peach Rose Waxing Spa is seeking a skilled and passionate service provider to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is professional, client-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality services in a welcoming spa environment.
As a service provider, you will provide exceptional waxing and skincare services while building strong client relationships and maintaining spa standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional waxing, sugaring, and skincare services
- Deliver excellent customer service and personalized consultations
- Recommend services, add-ons, and retail products to meet client needs
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Stay current with training and industry best practices
- Utilize scheduling software (Vagaro) for appointments and client records
Qualifications
Required:
- Valid esthetician, wax technician, or cosmetology license
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety practices
- Experience in waxing
Preferred but not required:
- Experience in sugaring, male brazilians, and brows
- Familiarity with Vagaro or similar salon software
- Retail sales experience
Compensation
- Training pay: $13 per hour + tips (tips typically begin once model clients are accepted during training)
- After successful completion of training (approximately 90 days) and meeting performance KPIs:
- $15–$17 per hour + tips (based on experience)
- Eligible for performance-based tiered commission after training
