What You’ll Do
- Account Retention: Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure on-time payments and guest satisfaction.
- Field Consultations: Visit guests in the field to resolve account issues and offer solutions to keep their products in the home.
- Deliveries & Setups: Safely deliver, install, and demonstrate furniture, appliances, and electronics.
- Referral Growth: Act as a brand ambassador by encouraging guests to "spread the word" and earn rewards.
Requirements
- RTO Experience Preferred: Ideally, you have worked in a role involving collections, account management, or route sales.
- The "Hybrid" Skillset: Ability to lift 50-75 lbs (and up to 300 lbs with a partner) while maintaining a professional, business-minded attitude.
- Driver’s License: Valid license and clean record (Must be 21+).
- Communication: Comfortable having firm but polite conversations regarding credit and payments.
