Responsibilities

- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software such as Salesforce.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that boost brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and expand market share.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory management and lead generation initiatives.
- Expertise in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for managing customer data and sales pipelines efficiently.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and upsell solutions that meet client needs.
- Familiarity with inside sales techniques such as cold calling and retail sales environments.
- Analytical skills for assessing market data, developing strategies, and optimizing sales processes.
