Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Admission/Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong public speaking skills and a passion for working with residents and families. In this role, you will coordinate admission processes, develop marketing strategies, and serve as a key representative of our facility to prospective residents and their families. Your efforts will help enhance our community’s visibility while ensuring a smooth and welcoming admission experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging presentations and campus tours to prospective residents, families, and community partners, showcasing the benefits of our services.
- Manage the entire admission process from initial inquiry through enrollment, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote the facility’s programs, including outreach events, digital campaigns, and community engagement activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth transitions for new residents.
- Maintain detailed records of prospective leads, follow-up communications, and enrollment statistics using specialized software.
- Serve as a liaison between prospective residents’ families and internal teams to address questions or concerns promptly.
Experience
- Proven experience in public speaking, education administration, or admissions within a healthcare or academic setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inform prospective residents effectively.
- Prior experience in healthcare marketing or working within a senior care environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
