Schedule (Simple Overview)
- Weekday Shifts: 4:00 pm - 11:59 pm & 12:00 am - 8:00 am
- Weekend Shifts: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, 4:00 pm - 11:59 pm, & 12:00 am - 8:00 am
- Setting: In-home
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support in-home
- Assist with daily routines and skill-building activities
- Use behavior support strategies and redirection techniques
- Promote independence and positive engagement
- Maintain a safe and structured environment
- Complete accurate documentation
- Collaborate with the care team for consistency
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license (3+ years driving experience)
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass background and onboarding requirements
- Strong communication, patience, and dependability
Experience Required
- Experience with behavioral support needs
- Ability to follow behavior support plans
- Strong documentation skills
- Calm and consistent under pressure
Preferred Experience
- DSP or residential/day program experience
- Behavior management or crisis prevention training
- Healthcare experience preferred.

- Are you comfortable assisting individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) after receiving training? These tasks may include but are not limited to: Personal Care, Mobility Support, Meal Preparation & Feeding, Toileting & Continence Care, and/or Household Tasks. Would you be comfortable performing these essential duties as part of your role?

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Unsupervised Driving: 3 years (Required)
