Top Tier Water Co is a Houston-based residential water treatment company. We handle all sales, scheduling, and customer coordination — you show up and install. We're looking for one experienced, licensed Master Plumber to partner with long-term as our go-to installer across the greater Houston metro.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Install whole-home water treatment systems in residential homes
- Systems include: water softeners, CAT carbon filtration tanks, Big Blue sediment pre-filters, tankless RO systems (600 GPD), and tank-style RO systems
- Interact directly with homeowners in a professional, friendly manner — you represent our brand on-site
- Work scheduled jobs in advance — no chaotic dispatch, no wasted trips
- Build a long-term subcontract relationship with consistent, recurring volume
COMPENSATION
- Most installs take 3–5 hours
- All equipment is pre-sourced and brought to the job — you focus on the install
- Goal of 2–3 jobs per week as we scale
- Payment issued promptly after each completed job
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Texas Master Plumber license (required — must provide license number)
- Proof of liability insurance
- Hands-on experience installing water softeners, carbon filters, sediment filters, and reverse osmosis systems in residential settings
- Strong communication and people skills — homeowner-facing role
- Reliable transportation and your own tools
- Dependable scheduling — must be available for pre-scheduled appointments
- Comfortable working as a 1099 subcontractor
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Clack control valves or similar brands
- Familiarity with Houston municipal water (chloramine-treated systems)
- Interest in growing with a young company and taking on increasing volume over time
