Back of House Specialist / Medical Assistant

About the Role:
Our Back of House Specialist / Medical Assistant is an integral member of our clinical team, supporting the day-to-day operations of our highly personalized dermatology practice, regenerative aesthetics, and Skin Longevity Suite. This is a dynamic hybrid role that combines exceptional clinical support with meticulous operational excellence to ensure every patient experience is seamless.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the physician with patient care and minor procedures, including skin biopsies
- Support our physician assistant with patient care and aesthetic treatments
- Prepare, clean, stock, and maintain exam and treatment rooms to the highest clinical and hospitality standards
- Clean, maintain, and manage medical instruments and equipment
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and restocking of medical and aesthetic supplies
- Provide thoughtful, personalized patient communication, including follow-up phone calls, care coordination, scheduling, and patient education
- Manage daily operations of the Skin Longevity Suite, including daily direct client care and concierge-level service coordinator for our members
- Maintain a seamless back office workflow

Details:
- Schedule: Part-time. Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm (32 hours weekly)
- Compensation: $23-28 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Experience: 1–2+ years of relevant education or experience preferred
- Commitment: A minimum 1 year commitment is requested
- Start date: September 1, 2026 (possible earlier start date for the right candidate)
