Lead Teacher in our 2's Program - Part-time
Lead Teachers at LAC Preschool are responsible for:
- Planning and executing of a developmentally appropriate program for pre-school children, documentation of learning experiences, assessment of children.
- Meeting the needs of the group as well as those of the individual child.
- Observing, identifying and responding to the needs of the children.
- Helping each child develop a positive-self-image.
- Communicating appropriately with children, using intentional language.
- Communicating with parents/families and creating positive relationships.
- Using a positive approach to behavior guidance
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
