Job Summary:
We need a skilled, empathetic Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our specialized women's wellness and cosmetic gynecology clinic. You will assist providers with advanced cosmetic treatments, hormone consultations, and in-office procedures while ensuring an upscale, confidential, and comforting patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Prepare patients for examinations, record detailed medical histories, and capture precise vital signs.
- Procedure Support: Assist providers during cosmetic gynecological procedures and hormone pellet insertions; manage sterile fields and specialized equipment.
- Laboratory Duties: Perform blood draws (phlebotomy) with accuracy, confidence and professionalism
- Patient Education: Guide patients on pre- and post-procedure care instructions and explain basic hormone therapy protocols.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage electronic health records (EHR), handle scheduling, and maintain strict patient confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills
- Certification: Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) credential.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, ideally in OB/GYN, women's health, cosmetic surgery
- Skills: Strong phlebotomy and injection competencies, outstanding interpersonal communication, and deep empathy for sensitive patient concerns.
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
