About Us
We are a fast-growing local real estate investment and remodeling company that renovates 40–60 houses per year throughout the Greater Chattanooga and North Georgia markets. Our projects are primarily vacant residential remodels, allowing our team to work efficiently without homeowners or tenants on site.
We have standardized our renovation process and materials, making it easier for skilled installers to work quickly and consistently. Approximately 90% of materials are delivered and staged on-site, minimizing trips to suppliers and maximizing production.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter / Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship while maintaining strong production standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, leading by example, and producing consistent results.
Primary Responsibilities
- Install replacement windows
- Install interior trim packages
- Hang and install interior doors
- Install replacement exterior doors
- Install LVP flooring
- Install stock kitchen cabinets
- Perform punch-list and finish carpentry work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Work with project managers and other team members to keep projects on schedule
Production Expectations
Qualified candidates should be capable of meeting or exceeding the following standards:
- Install 10 replacement windows within 2 working days
- Install 1,000 sq. ft. of trim and doors within 2 working days
- Install 1,000 sq. ft. of LVP flooring within 2 working days

QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 3 years of carpentry/remodeling experience
- Strong knowledge of window, door, trim, flooring, and cabinet installation
- Ability to read measurements accurately and produce quality work
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Must provide your own hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
