Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate our construction project. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, technical expertise in project scheduling and estimating, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Scope of Work
- Project schedule monitoring and coordination
- Coordination with PRDOH, Oversight Manager, consultants, contractors, and porject stakeholderts
- Preparation, review, and submission support for required program reports and project documentation
- Procurement support for construction and inspection services
- Monitoring of permits, endorsements, environmental conditions, and compliance requirements
- Budget monitoring and project tracking activities
- Maintenance and organization of project records and supporting documentation
- Genral project management and compliance support services as requires throughout project implementation
Minimum Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess:
- Bahcelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in project management, grant management, construction administration, compliance monitoring, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal comunication skills
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and project consultants
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience with CDBG, CDBG-DR, CDBG-MIT, FEMA, HUD, or other federally funded programs
- Experience supporting infrastructure, healthcare, or construction-related projects
- Experience with procurement and contract administration
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
