YOUR LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
This position offers full-time work and has a schedule that rotates between a 9 am – 7 pm shift and a 9 am – 3 pm shift on Saturdays.
As a Customer Service Representative, you play a vital part in our company being able to operate smoothly. As the face and voice of our company, you have the opportunity to provide a high-quality experience for our customers. You are friendly and professional as you answer calls, schedule appointments, and sell contracts. Listening carefully and offering personalized solutions allows you to easily create a great rapport with people. In addition to assisting customers, you perform other administrative duties as needed. You love helping others and contributing to our company's success in a big way!
