The route sales representative position is a full-time position that is responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising top quality bakery products to local stores on a designated route. Our route sales representatives will drive an 16-foot box truck to local grocery stores (3 Publixs, 2 Winn Dixie’s, 1 Target) and work independently to fill customer orders by unloading and shelving product.
This route services the Lake Mary area for Bimbo Baking Company.
Route Sales Representative will typically begin their day between 2:00 am and 5:00 am, and average 40-50 hours per week. Days off for this position are Sundays and Wednesdays.
Pay Rate: $800 Per week. You will receive a pay check every week.
Responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative:
· Fills orders by verifying warehouse pulls; loading truck
· Delivers orders by driving 16-foot box truck to accounts; unloading order; stocking shelves; obtaining receipt signature.
· Merchandises product by recommending and setting-up displays
· Rotate and remove out-of-date/damaged/stale products; issuing credit
· Maintain a delivery vehicle in a safe an orderly manner
· Establish and maintain a sound, and professional relationship with stores.
