Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management and demonstrate outstanding customer service skills. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Conduct night audits to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to enhance guest relations.
- Maintain front desk operations, including managing cash drawers and processing payments.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hospitality software systems is an advantage.
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently.
