Mental Health Therapist in Private Practice- LPC, LCSW- Candice Hoffman Psychotherapy, LLC is a small private therapy practice based in Flemington, NJ looking for another clinician to join our small team. LCSW or LPC preferred, candidates with an LAC or LSW and desire to work primarily with individuals as well as families and couples will be considered.
Requirements:
Masters degree in related field
Active NJ license in good standing-- LCSW/ LPC preferred, LAC and LSW accepted
Availability on one weekend day and at least two evenings per week
Ability to work remotely and in person in our FLEMINGTON office
Duties:
Provide psychotherapy primarily to individuals, and additionally couples and families
Maintain accurate case notes and provide them in a timely manner
Occasionally speak with clients' other health professionals
Protect client confidentiality
Manage your schedule
CHP will provide:

Beautiful and professional office space on Flemington's historic Main Street
EHR system to manage clients, calendar, documentation and communication
Insurance billing services for filing reimbursement claims on behalf of clients
