Overview

Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments by verifying contents against purchase orders using RF scanners and warehouse management software
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately for timely delivery
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintain precise inventory records through data entry into ERP systems like AS400 or other inventory management software
- Ensure compliance with shipping & receiving procedures, trade regulations, and international trade requirements
- Assist with stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and organizing warehouse layout for optimal workflow
- Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and order picking processes
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to uphold inventory accuracy
- Support warehouse safety protocols by inspecting equipment and work areas for hazards
Experience
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or logistics is not required
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or order pickers with proper certification is a plus
- Strong data entry skills combined with basic math proficiency to manage inventory levels accurately
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team and support customer service objectives
