Position Overview:
Our growing HVAC Company seeks an experienced and personable Office Manager to support our growing team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and utilizing technology and software to manage accounting processes in the construction industry. The successful candidate will leverage experience in an administrative office setting to manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for new commercial construction projects.
Location: Onsite; Flower Mound, TX
Job Type: Full-Time W-2
Salary: Competitive, based on experience. Range $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Duties & Responsibilities:
· Create and manage project-based documents including schedules of values, draw schedules, certificates of insurance, invoices and budgets.
· Execute accounts payable and accounts receivable for construction projects, including submission of monthly project draws, lien waivers and creation of other records as needed.
· Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, performing general bookkeeping duties using Excel and Sage accounting software.
· Maintain relationships with key supplier and vendor partners.
· Provide customer service for office walk-ins and answer reception line.
· Manage overall office environment, including management of relationships with leaseholder and maintenance of inventory of both office supplies and field personnel uniforms.
Qualifications:
· At least 5+ years’ experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper or similar administrative role.
· Experience in supporting accounting functions in the construction industry highly preferred.
· Experience with Textura, GC Pay and Textura platforms highly preferred.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and Sage software.
· Must be self-motivated and take initiative over various projects
· Attention to detail and ability to spot numerical errors
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
