Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven professional to join our growing firm in a commission-based role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys business development, client education, and guiding borrowers through commercial and real estate financing opportunities. The role is hybrid, meaning some in-person meetings are required, but the majority of work is performed remotely.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, outreach, and relationship building.
- Meet with prospective clients to discuss financing needs and evaluate lending options.
- Present and explain commercial mortgage and real estate funding solutions.
- Assist clients with loan strategy, product selection, and application preparation.
- Maintain communication with borrowers throughout the financing process.
- Work collaboratively with internal team members and lending partners.
- Follow up on leads and manage an ongoing pipeline of opportunities.
- Represent Good Works Capital Group professionally in virtual and in-person settings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mortgage lending, commercial real estate finance, or financial sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with commercial mortgage products, construction financing, or SBA lending is a plus.
- Bilingual ability is helpful but not required.
- Experience with CRM systems, email communication, and virtual meetings preferred.
Compensation
This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential based on performance. Compensation is tied to closed transactions and may vary based on loan size, volume, and role involvement.
