Job Description
Henrie Excavation is seeking a reliable and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator with a CDL to join our growing team. This position requires someone who is comfortable operating a variety of equipment and is willing to jump into a dump truck or side dump when needed.
We’re looking for a hardworking team player who takes pride in their work and can handle a fast-paced job site.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, dozers, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Haul materials using dump truck and/or side dump as needed
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures and job site guidelines
- Work with crew members to complete projects on time
- Assist with general labor tasks when required
Requirements
- Valid CDL (Class A)
- Experience hauling with dump truck and/or side dump preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work long hours and in various weather conditions
- Must be a team player with good communication skills
