Responsibilities:
- Treat geriatric and/or pediatric patients in their homes within Queens County.
- Create and execute personalized care plans that debunk the myth that home care is "low skill."
- Submit clinical documentation in a timely manner.
- Communicate openly with the leadership team—we want to hear your ideas and feedback.
Qualifications:
- License: Valid NY State Speech Therapy License (required).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Speech Therapy.
- Experience: New grads welcome! We invest in training the right people.
- Transport: Reliable ability to travel to patient homes in Queens County.
