Position Snapshot:
We’re searching for a bartender who is capable of wearing multiple hats… bartender, beer wall ambassador, server, host, and sometimes runner/busser as needed. Everyone helps with cleaning. You’ll be cross‑trained in all those roles so you can pivot seamlessly. We want a strong player who leads by example, is able to ensure that cleaning/closing checklists are followed, coaches others, and embodies our TEAM culture: Teamwork, Energy, Agility, Mastery & Mentorship.
The Role (cross‑trained)
- Restaurant Bartender | Concierge: Guests will need guidance on using our massive self‑pour tap wall, so you’ll act as a beer‑wall ambassador. You’ll also change kegs and batch drinks for our self-pour tap wall. You won’t be just behind the bar… As Concierge, greet every guest, guide them through QR ordering and kiosks, answer menu questions, upsell, and deliver table touches that turn first‑timers into 5-star regular raving fans.
- Porter | Expo: You’ll run food and drinks, clean tables, take out trash, do dishes, grab ice and restock. While we normally staff this as a separate support person, we ask you to work several shifts in this position as well so you appreciate all roles and can get the best use out of every player.
- Cleaner: Keeping the hall spotless is EVERYONE’S job. Find something to clean or value‑add when it’s slow; treat the space like it’s your own.
- [Event Bartender: Occasionally, you may be asked to work an event that ends at 2AM. Make drinks at high speed and high volume, keeping team energy high from batching at the start to cleanup and breakdown at the end.]

- Are proactive about shooting content and helping with marketing
- Can follow a checklist, hold others accountable, communicate well with management, and suggest improvements
- Can lift 50 pounds and move furniture around

Location: Tempe Eats Food Hall & Bar, 85 E Southern Ave, Tempe, AZ 85282
(intersection of Southern & Mill Avenues, in front of LA Fitness and just 2 miles from ASU).
Pay:
- $18/hour guaranteed pay for restaurant shifts (including guaranteed tips).
- We guarantee that you'll make at least $18/hour, however our bartenders tend to average $22+ an hour with cc tips, and cash tips are on top of that.
- Your paystub will show two components: (1) an hourly rate ($12.15/hour for normal shifts or $17/hour for late‑night events) and (2) a separate line for tips. Combined, these will equal or exceed your guaranteed pay; if necessary, the company contributes to the tips line to ensure your guaranteed rate is met.
