We’re looking for a driven, creative, and results-oriented Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help scale our brand and consistently generate high-quality leads. This role is focused on one thing: growth—building awareness, driving inbound opportunities, and supporting revenue through strategic marketing initiatives.

- Develop and execute lead generation strategies across digital and offline channels
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)
- Create compelling marketing content (ads, emails, landing pages, social posts)
- Build and manage funnels that convert traffic into qualified leads
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Manage and grow social media presence with a focus on engagement and inbound leads
- Implement and optimize email marketing campaigns and automations
- Identify new marketing opportunities and test innovative growth strategies
- Execute "boots on the ground" field marketing, including strategic sign drops and local visibility tactics
- Visit active job sites to capture high-quality photos and videos for social media and marketing use
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, lead generation, or digital advertising
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and conversion principles
- Experience with platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
- Skilled in copywriting and creating high-converting messaging
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple campaigns
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
