We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Escrow Officer to join our fast-paced and growing title and escrow team. This position is ideal for an experienced escrow professional looking to take the next step in their career while working alongside a supportive and customer-focused team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing residential and commercial escrow transactions from contract to closing.
- Review contracts, title commitments, lender instructions, and closing documents.
- Communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys throughout the transaction.
- Prepare closing packages and settlement statements.
- Coordinate scheduling and conduct closings when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, underwriter requirements, and Texas regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and timely follow-up to all parties.
- Support Escrow Officers with transaction management and problem resolution.
- Help maintain accurate files and facilitate post-closing activities.
Qualifications:
✔ Minimum 2+ years of title, escrow, or real estate closing experience preferred
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Customer service-oriented mindset
✔ Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
✔ Familiarity with title and escrow software preferred
✔ Knowledge of Texas real estate transactions and closing procedures is a plus

Pay: $32,500.00 - $85,000.00 per year
