Hospitality Services Group (HSG) is hiringexperienced Cooksfor a hotel Task Force assignment in Alaska.
We need culinary professionals who can step into a professional kitchen, learn the operation quickly, and get to work.
What You'll Do:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes

Work grill, saut, fry, prep, or other assigned stations

Set up and maintain your station

Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Maintain proper food temperatures

Support banquet and hotel culinary operations as needed
What We're Looking For:

Professional cooking experience required

Hotel, banquet, restaurant, or high-volume culinary experience preferred

Strong basic culinary and knife skills

Comfortable traveling for work

Flexible and able to adapt quickly to a new kitchen
