We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to ensure the ongoing care and functionality of our property. This role plays a key part in maintaining safe, clean, and efficient facilities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, responsive, and experienced in general building maintenance across residential or hospitality settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and perform preventative maintenance on appliances, PTAC units, electrical systems, and building components
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair needs
- Complete general upkeep tasks, including light janitorial and landscaping work
- Perform interior and exterior painting and minor cosmetic repairs
- Maintain accurate documentation of work orders, repairs, and inspections
- Support maintenance projects and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- Prior maintenance experience in hotels, apartments, or multi-unit residential properties
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, including light plumbing and electrical work
- Ability to perform general repairs and preventive maintenance tasks independently
- Experience with painting and property touch-ups
- Proficient English communication skills for reporting and coordination
