Our client is currently seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join their team in Everett, WA. These roles play a vital part in the production process by operating roasting and grinding equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. The Day-to-Day:
- Operate production equipment such as roasters, grinders, elevators, and coolers under the guidance of supervisors and leads.
- Grind and roast products to exact specifications, preparing them for final packaging.
- Monitor and adjust machinery as needed, and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Accurately track inventory and production data using a computer-based system.
- Reprocess or rework product to meet quality standards when necessary.
- Consistently produce high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior and/or recent manufacturing or production experience
- Ability to interpret quality specifications such as die-lines, temperatures, measurements, and bag height.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to use common hand tools.
- Comfortable using computers and performing basic data entry.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot minor issues with packaging or processing equipment.
- Understanding of how to adjust machine settings such as time, pressure, and temperature for optimal performance.

Shifts Available:
- 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: Monday to Friday | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- Weekend 1st Shift: Friday to Sunday | 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekend 2nd Shift: Friday to Sunday | 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.77 - $19.50 per hour
