TK Accelis Materials is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our Manufacturing Engineering function and drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost across our operations.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building engineering capability, leading capital and continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring our manufacturing processes are scalable and aligned with growth.
What You'll Do

Lead and develop a team of Manufacturing & Process Engineers

Drive Lean, OEE, and continuous improvement initiatives

Improve throughput, reduce scrap, downtime, and overall cost

Oversee process development, standardization, and equipment performance
-
Lead capital projects (equipment selection, installation, commissioning)

Support New Product Introduction (NPI), APQP, and PPAP readiness
-
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain

Ensure strong safety culture and regulatory compliance
What You Bring
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related)

8-10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
-
3-5+ years in a leadership role
-
Strong background in Lean Manufacturing & continuous improvement

Experience with capital projects and process optimization
-
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
Nice to Have:

Eng designation (or eligibility)

Experience in fabrication/manufacturing environments

Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt)

APQP, PPAP, and multi-site experience
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
