Shift differentials of $1–$3/hour in addition to base rate

As a Residential Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day operations of assigned homes while supporting both residents and staff.

Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to site staff
-
Manage scheduling, call-outs, and ensure proper coverage
-
Participate in interviewing and onboarding new team members

Attend and contribute to resident care and planning meetings
-
Work at least one shift per week at each assigned home

Respond to incidents and ensure timely reporting and follow-up

Coordinate monthly activities that enrich residents’ lives

Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive home environment

Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time

Prepare homes for state licensing visits and maintain compliance

Monitor site expenses and receipts

Oversee home and vehicle maintenance needs

Communicate effectively with leadership regarding site operations

2–3+ years of experience in a residential or human services setting
-
Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role

Strong organizational and communication skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving record
