Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients.
Duties
- Be able to verify insurance coverage.
- Be able to call and obtain Prior Authorizations
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate meetings using office management tools.
- Perform data entry tasks
- Handle clerical responsibilities such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
- Support office operations by managing supplies inventory, organizing files, and maintaining office equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Utilize Google Workspace and M
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications.
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills.
- Prior experience as a receptionist in medical or dental settings is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills coupled with professional phone communication and office etiquette.
