Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Unit Manager to join our team at the Mobile Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. As a Unit Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our center, ensuring the provision of high-quality care to our patients, and fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork among our staff.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Collaborate with the administrative team to develop and manage budgets, reports, and quality improvement initiatives
Provide exceptional patient care and service, addressing patient needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing coaching and guidance to support their professional development
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements:
