Overview

Duties
- Assist experienced electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems on construction sites.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to support accurate wiring and system setup.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform wiring, conduit bending, and fixture installation.
- Help with low voltage and high voltage electrical work, ensuring compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.
- Conduct basic testing using tools like ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical circuits and identify issues.
- Support the setup of electrical panels, switchgear, and other equipment following detailed instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to safety procedures and site protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in electrical environments is a plus; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with construction site safety practices, blueprint reading, and schematics is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with basic hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment such as ohmmeters enhances your candidacy.
- Construction site experience provides a strong foundation for understanding project workflows and safety standards is a plus.
