Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role requires experience in the glass and glazing industry, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
Duties
- Pre-Construction & Submittals Coordinate with draftsperson to develop complete submittal packages Submit FPAs and shop drawings to General Contractor Track submittals through review process until final approval Follow up with GC and design team on pending approvals
- Procurement & Buyout Upon approval, release all metal and specialty materials Complete glass buyout and release glass orders Release field anchors and project-specific caulking materials Track and manage material backorders for assigned projects Review and process incoming change orders and associated materials
- Fabrication & Shop Coordination Generate fabrication sheets for shop production Coordinate fabrication schedule with Shop Foreman
Ensure materials are released in alignment with production schedule Monitor shop progress to maintain project timelines
- Field Coordination Work closely with Field Supervisor to monitor site conditions Identify and report punch list items
Assist with resolving field issues related to materials or drawings Attend on-site job meetings as required Track project milestones and critical path items Ensure alignment between office, shop, and field teams Experience
- Project Tracking & Communication Maintain and update project schedule Communicate schedule updates with GC and internal PMs
- Previous experience in project management is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficient in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
