Professional House Cleaner

PLEASE NOTE: We cover Dutchess, Ulster, as well as small portions of Columbia & Orange county. If you are not able to work in all these areas, please do not apply.
ADDITIONALLY IMPORTANT: This position starts out part-time but transitions over to full-time (a requirement) within 6-8 weeks. All applicants will need to be okay with this before proceeding.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Cobweb removal
- Dusting ceiling fans, light fixtures, lock ledges, window sills, and blinds, moldings and baseboards, hanging picture frames, furniture, top of fridge
- Floors/rugs vacuumed and edged
- Couch, chairs vacuumed, when requested
- Polishing furniture, top/front of appliances
- Sink and tubs/stall wiped down and (scrubbed when needed)
- Mirrors, light switches, toilets, and bathroom counter wiped down
- Hand washing windows and sills, when requested
- Wastebaskets emptied and relined
- Wipe down kitchen countertop, overhead range, and backsplash
- Beds fluffed (sheets changed, if requested)
- Floors vacuumed/edged and mopped
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and lift (no more than 25lbs)

This is a labor intensive position, therefore please do not apply if you are not accustomed to cleaning for long periods of time.
