Window Installer Crew Lead — Home Every Night | $70,000–$95,000/yr
At Lutgen Companies, we've been doing exterior remodeling the right way since 1983 — and our window crew leads are some of the best in Central Minnesota. We're looking for an experienced installer ready to step into a leadership role with a company that actually takes care of its people.
You'll be home every night. No hotels, no extended travel. Local residential work, consistent schedule, year-round employment.
What you'll do:
- Lead a window installation crew on residential replacement projects across Central Minnesota
- Review work orders before arriving on-site and coordinate with your manager to get ahead of any issues
- Remove old windows and install replacements with precision and professionalism
- Set the standard for quality and safety on every job
What you bring:
- 2+ years of exterior construction experience (window installation required)
- General and finish carpentry skills
- Comfort working at heights — ladders, scaffolding, rooflines
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Leadership mindset — you take ownership and bring your crew up with you
