About the Role
We are looking for an outgoing, personable, hands-on Member Solutions Manager who's passionate about helping members get back on track, no just chasing balances. This role guides, mentors, and finds solutions for members who are struggling or just need a little extra help.
You'll have the freedom to create, improve, and drive results while being part of a team that values innovation, humor, and heart.
What You'll Do
Collection and recovery processes focused on helping members succeed
Oversee delinquency management, workout plans, and recovery strategies with compassion and fairness
Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities that help members stay financially strong
Maintain compliance without losing the human touch
Build a culture of trust, teamwork, and accountability where everyone has fun and gets the job done
What You Bring
Experience in member solutions- where calling the member and working out a solution is your number one priority
A positive, energetic style that fosters collaboration
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Credit union or financial institution experience is a plus- but a roll up your sleeves attitude is a must
Spanish Speaking is preferred to assist our membership
