Prepare ingredients, assemble and serves meals, and maintain kitchen sanitation. They take customer orders, and ensure compliance with strict health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation & Service: Cook and prepare ingredients. Assemble and serve food per standardized recipes and portion controls.
- Customer Service: Welcome customers, accurately take orders, and provide information regarding menu items and ingredients.
- Sanitation & Safety: Clean and sanitize workstations, serving counters, pots, pans, and utensils. Monitor food and equipment temperatures.
- Inventory Management: Stock service stations, restock supplies, and store leftover food according to safety guidelines.
Essential Requirements
- Certification: Valid Food Handler's License or certification as required by local and state health departments.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (typically up to 50 lbs), and bend/reach repeatedly.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, basic math skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
