MGC, a highly respected, technology-driven law firm with 23 offices across the US and growing, and recently awarded 2022 Best Places to Work in the Carolinas, seeks a Scheduling Assistant Clerk to join our team based out of our Greenville, SC office. We’re looking for candidates that work well in a fast-paced environment. (Prior law firm or insurance experience would be beneficial, but not necessary). This position will support the Litigation team by completing non-billable tasks associated with scheduling depositions, mediations etc.
The purpose of this position is to support the Litigation team by completing non-billable tasks associated with scheduling depositions, mediations, etc. in a manner consistent with MG&C policies, procedures, quality, standards, client needs and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

1 - 3 years: 1-3 years of related work experience required. Must be detail oriented, have the ability to multitask and be consistent with follow up.
