- Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Maintain organized filing systems, handle document proofreading, and ensure all records are up-to-date.
- Assist with calendar management and schedule appointments or meetings for staff members.
- Support bookkeeping activities including basic invoicing, expense tracking, and record reconciliation using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Provide general office management support by handling incoming correspondence, managing supplies, and supporting administrative projects as needed.
Experience
- Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is required.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience demonstrating strong communication skills and professionalism.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, calendar management tools, and basic bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is highly desirable.
