Territory Care Manager – Camp Hill

We are actively looking for motivated, driven, passionate LEADER to be our Territory Care Manager for our Camp Hill territory. This position is based out of our Camp Hill office, and is responsible for Cumberland, Dauphin, Perry and portions of other nearby counties. This position has 5 direct reports (2 Schedulers, 2 Client Services Coordinators, and 1 HR coordinator,).
We pay a competitive base salary, and have an uncapped variable compensation plan that pays-for-performance. The right motivated leader could earn more than $90K their first year. Reports to: Vice President of Operations
Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Growth, delivery, and client satisfaction of caregiver services within the territory.
- Client Assessments: Performs onsite assessments of Private Pay clients using our proprietary Life Profile Assessment tool. Develops the non-medical in-home care plan, inputs into Wellsky, communicates care plans to the appropriate schedulers or caregivers. The Care Manager, in concert with Clients Services, is responsible for completing client folders, filing, and compliance with all local regulations
- Overall management of the schedulers and caregivers within their region, including hiring, supervision, discipline, and terminations as required. Includes communication and enforcement of the rules within the Employee Handbook.
- Through their Scheduling Coordinators, is responsible for ensuring appropriate matching and placement of caregivers with clients, manages all caregiver call outs, late arrivals, early departures, and refusals of assignments. Responsible for ensuring all shifts are staffed.
- Ensures the Client Services Coordinators conduct regular stop-ins with clients to ensure client satisfaction, care plans are being implemented correctly, policies and procedures are adhered to, and all job duties are performed in a manner that is satisfactory and meets the Senior Helpers brand expectations
- Handles escalated Client Complaints, and works with the Vice President of Operations as needed to find satisfactory resolution
- In concert with the HR Coordinator, assists in caregiver training programs, (in collaboration with the regional trainer). This includes compliance with the Senior Gems® program.
- Assists as needed in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of caregivers, including running ads, and participating at local recruiting events and/or marketing events where caregivers or prospective clients may assemble
- Other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Operations
Qualifications
- Must have 3+ years’ experience managing employees, preferably in a senior care industry
- Experience as Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, or a leadership position within a continuing care facility strongly preferred
- Must have clear, illustrative examples that demonstrate your drive and motivation
- Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
- Must have ability to visit client’s homes in the assigned territory (Must have valid driver’s license and proof of insurance)
- Must have proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability
- Must have strong verbal communication skills, especially using the telephone
- Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required
Benefits:
- Expected first year total compensation ~ $85,000 - $95,000
- Competitive starting base salary of $75,000

- Bi-weekly Lost Hours Recovery Bonus potential: Up to $4,500 per year
- Bi-weekly Growth Bonus potential: Up to $2,275 per year
- Commissions: Estimated first year $8,000 - $12,000
