Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician, where you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the comfort and safety of building environments. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance across commercial and residential properties. Your mechanical expertise and customer service skills will drive success in delivering reliable climate control solutions while supporting building automation systems and refrigeration equipment.
Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, commercial refrigeration systems, and ventilation equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Perform electrical diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters to identify faults in electrical systems related to HVAC equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance on mechanical systems to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot complex equipment problems involving refrigeration, and mechanical components.
- Utilize hand tools, welding equipment, and other specialized tools to repair or modify HVAC components as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly, offering maintenance advice, and ensuring client satisfaction during field service visits.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC system repair and installation
- Experience with HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems.
- Ability to operate field service equipment such as ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools effectively.
- Valid driver’s license.
- EPA certification required

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
