Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Helper to support daily dealership operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-friendly, and comfortable handling basic administrative and office tasks in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and assist customers professionally
- Help organize and maintain dealership paperwork and files
- Assist with vehicle documents, titles, and inventory records
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
- Support social media or online vehicle postings as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Assist management with general office and dealership tasks
- Data entry and basic computer work
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge (email, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Professional attitude and dependable attendance
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Customer service experience preferred
- Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
